Maggie Gray

Maggie Gray is a so excited to move again after a 10 year hiatus. During the extended break Maggie and her husband have moved several times landing in Anchorage four years ago. They have also welcomed three crazy kiddos to their family. Maggie found a love of dance after her Mom made her quit gymnastics following her first injury. She jumped into competitive dance with her childhood studio North Shore Academy, and continued through college earning a dance minor from Louisiana State University. She even dipped her toes into physical theater, performing ‘Love Still Unrequited’ throughout 2007/2008, culminating with a two week run at the Edinburg Fringe Festival in Scotland. Following undergrad, she moved back to her beloved New Orleans and was incredibly lucky to join Tsuanmi Dance Company. She is forever grateful for her time performing and creating with her mentors Kettey Voltz and John Allen, and her dear dear forever dance partner turned best friend Mary Glackmeyer among others. She is so looking forward to moving with all of the talented creatives of Momentum and finding a home within the arts community of Anchorage.
