Momentum Studios is now accepting submissions from visual artists to feature in our After Hours series. Each exhibition runs for a full month, with setup during the week before First Friday and takedown during the last week of the month. Artists receive promotion across Momentum’s programs, a public gallery opening, and the opportunity to sell their work.
Our gallery is a welcoming space where Anchorage’s creative community comes together — a place for bold ideas, fresh perspectives, and engaging experiences. Whether you work in painting, photography, digital media, or mixed media, we encourage you to share your work with our vibrant audience.

Osborne is a painter, muralist, and tattoo artist born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. She earned a B.A. in Art and Graphic Design from theUniversity of Alaska Anchorage in 2021, followed by an M.Ed. in ArtTherapy and Counseling from Springfield College, MA in 2024. She currently works as a local tattoo artist at Brightside Tattoo. Drawing inspiration from everyday life, pop culture, surrealism, andcontemporary art, Winter creates work that is vibrant, emotive, and conceptually rich. Her primary mediums include acrylic paint, digital media,and skin (tattoo arts). With a focus on female figures, she keeps her work visually lighthearted while communicating underlying themes that explore emotional depth and psychological nuance. Winter is currently integrating her background in art therapy into hertattoo practice, merging creative expression with therapeutic intention. Through her evolving body of work, she continues to explore new ways to communicate the complexities of human emotion.
