Working with Alaskan poets, Momentum dancers bring their words off the page to take on life in a three dimensional reality. This production will showcase the work of 6 choreographers, 13 poets and 18 dancers. Through 13 short pieces, these poems will be expressed in a variety of ways; a theme for the movement, the soundtrack for the dancers, or a visual image that lends focus to the direction of the piece. This production is filled with all the richness and imagery that we love about poetry and dance.
