Momentum will be performing new works in this upcoming evening length concert.
The company of six choreographers, inspired by taking the company to new heights, bring energy and intensity to this performance. The show highlights the members individual styles, creating a window for the audience to look inside the diverse world of dance while delivering a diverse collection of themes; friendship, mystery, evolution, seduction, conformity and whimsy.

For their debut show, the collective considers "momentum" in its varying forms. From the metaphorical to the physical, in its abstract and literal meaning, the collective is inspired to question and discuss the roll momentum has in our lives. Original pieces, choreographed by the company, explores these rolls through a looking glass of relationships, love, and loss.

Gathering Momentum...
Momentum celebrated the launch of their new company in November at the MTS Gallery. The Collective showcased choreography from their show Moments, as well as discussed the companies goals their projected role in the Anchorage community.

Dance Ensemble
Momentum performed as guests with the UAA Department of Theatre & Dance in their annual concert featuring the Dance Ensemble.
Momentum performed two works from their upcoming show, Moments, Becky Kendall's "In-Lightened" as well as "Engineering Momentum" choreographed by Irenerose Castillo and Kat Cunningham.
